This course is designed to help you develop and improve your Digital Skills so that you can communicate at ease with your customers via digital media and set up documents and templates to be used in your own business.

During this course you will be shown: • The different ways to digitally communicate with your customers or potential customers. • Identify the most appropriate ways for your business to communicate with your audience. • Understand how to set up a letterhead template or an invoice template. • Identify what further digital skills you need to develop for your business.

The tutor will advise you about our suite of courses for the self-employed, including So you want to be Self-Employed and Social Media for Business. You can access free impartial careers Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) through the careers service at Leicester Adult Education. We are here to help you to make informed choices about your future pathways and support you to progress towards your goals. There are no formal entry requirements, but you will be using IT. If you are not confident with your IT skills consider our Learn how to use your Google Classroom or Digital Skills for Beginners courses.
