This course is suitable for those who have an advanced knowledge of the language (CEFR Level C1/C2). Ideally, you would have completed a level 5 course.

You will learn why and what makes Latin American typical foods, beverages, and cooking styles so uniquely diverse and rich and so difficult to reproduce outside the regions they originated from.

We will explore and discuss the geography, history and cultures that have influenced and shaped what is today one of the richest and most diverse culinary landscapes in the world. This course will mainly be delivered in the language using an immersive approach.

You need to have a good understanding of the spoken language, as well as be able to produce it verbally (to a greater or lesser degree of accuracy) in order to access lessons and complete tasks effectively.

This course leads to advanced courses (CEFR C1/C2). Your tutor will be able to give you more information before the end of your course.
