Italian Cookery: Cuciniamo insieme

This course is suitable for those who have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of the language (CEFR Level B2/C2). Ideally, you would have completed a level 5 course.

This course is focused on conversation practise in the language. All instructions for cooking will be delivered in the language. Therefore this course is for intermediate or advanced speakers of the language that want to practise their speaking and listening skills while following instructions to cook recipes.

There will be no exams or qualifications. This course will mainly be delivered in the language using an immersive approach. Whilst you will, predominantly, be using speaking and listening skills in class, it is also important to recognise and address the fact that reading and writing skills are also very important at this level. Reading and writing will be explored as part of weekly homework, via Google Classroom, which the tutor will mark and feed the results back to you. This will help you both to know what needs to be done to help you progress.

You need to have a good understanding of the spoken language, as well as be able to produce it verbally (to a greater or lesser degree of accuracy) in order to access lessons and complete tasks effectively.

This course leads to advanced courses (CEFR C1/C2). Your tutor will be able to give you more information before the end of your course.
