This course is designed for those who are new to using computers or have limited experience. It is perfect for individuals who want to build confidence when accessing the digital world. You will learn how to stay safe online and improve your digital skills in a supportive and enjoyable environment.

• Using Google Classroom • Using a keyboard and mouse effectively • Creating secure and safe passwords • Writing and sending emails on a computer • Using Google Docs and basic formatting skills • Web Browser skills and navigation online

Our course provides an engaging and safe environment where you can build your skills using computers. This course is 2.5 hours per week for 10 weeks.

There are no formal requirements for this course. However, attending a Digital Devices for Beginners or a Let’s Get Digital course beforehand could be beneficial for absolute beginners.

After completing this course, you can progress to Microsoft Skills - Introduction, or perhaps a Computer Skills for Beginners Part 2 if you need more time to build up your foundational skills.
