Family Health with First Aid
This short course will support you to understand basic first aid skills to save you family's lives, including:
- What to do in an emergency
- Recovery position and CPR
- Treating bleeds, burns and bandaging
- Exploring aspects of health relating to you family so they eat well for less
Family Health and Wellbeing Workshops
These workshops will support you to understand basic first aid skills to save you family's lives, including:
- CPR and recovery
- Bumps, bruises, bleeds and choking
- Healthy eating and mental health
Promoting Wellbeing
This short course will support you to understand:
- How to use music to explore feelings and emotions, e.g., painting to music
- The importance of exercise and fresh air
- Simple and quick stress busting activities
- The importance of understanding what we mean by mental wellbeing
- The importance of promoting positive mental wellbeing

- Make healthy choices to reduce you spending
- How to design a nutritional meal

This short course will support you to understand:
- How to explore social media and internet safety together
- The importance of setting passwords and parental controls on all devices
- The importance of limiting screen time
- The importance of setting boundaries around the use of IT

Feed your Family for a Fiver
This short course will support you to understand:
- Budgeting to feed you family for a fiver or less for your main family meal
- Involving children in cooking – so they eat what they cook!

Promoting Positive Behaviour
This course will support you to explore ways of encouraging positive
behaviour management, including:
- Identifying triggers of unwanted behaviour
- Understanding the importance of positive language and praise
- Exploring activities to strengthen family relationships
- Exploring strategies that can help to change unwanted or negative
behaviour and increase wanted behaviour.
