Do you want to improve your job prospects by gaining an accredited English or maths level 1 or level 2 qualification? You can with us, in just 2 weeks!

Are you usually busy with work or childcare commitments that you can’t study a full-time course with us? Don’t let that hold you back any further. If you can dedicate just two weeks, you could gain the English or maths qualification that you need.

This summer, we’re delivering both a fast-track level 1 and level 2 courses in English and maths. At the end of the two weeks, you will complete exam(s) that, if passed, will give you the qualification you need. The doors will then open for you to more employment opportunities or further study.

Date: Monday 5 August until Friday 19 August (10 days)
Time: 9:30am until 3pm
Venue: Leicester Adult Education College, LE1 6QL and online.

You will learn in a friendly environment with other adult learners whilst being taught by an experienced tutor.

Please note: these are separate courses which run at the same time. Therefore, you cannot do English and maths at the same time. The course also follows our blended model which takes place in the classroom and online.

Before you enrol, you must complete an initial assessment. This is just to ensure that you are at the correct level to be studying towards a level 1 or 2 course in your chosen topic.

Enrolment sessions, where you can complete these initial assessments, will take place at the below dates and times at Leicester Adult Education College.

Monday 24th June – 9am until 12pm
Tuesday 25th June – 1 until 3:30pm
Wednesday 26th June - 5 – 7pm

To sign up for an initial assessment, please call us on 0116 454 1900 so we can book you into a slot. Alternatively, you can go into Leicester Adult Education College to speak to an enrolment advisor.
Please note: you will also be required to have access to a PC or laptop due to some of the course being delivered online. This will be discussed with you at the initial assessment, but please do get in contact, if you have any questions.
