Advanced Spanish: Film and debate Las 13 Rosas

This course is suitable for those who have an advanced knowledge of the language (CEFR Level C1/C2). Ideally, you would have completed a level 5 course.

You will go beyond pure language learning and you will explore historical and cultural aspects while fine-tuning your fluency and grammar.

We will explore and discuss the themes of Las 13 Rosas, the true story of thirteen totally normal young women that suffered harsh questioning and were put in prison under made up charges of helping the rebellion against Franco back in the 1940s. There will be no exams or qualifications. This course will mainly be delivered in the language using an immersive approach.

You need to have a good understanding of the spoken language, as well as be able to produce it verbally (to a greater or lesser degree of accuracy) in order to access lessons and complete tasks effectively.

This course leads to advanced courses (CEFR C1/C2). Your tutor will be able to give you more information before the end of your course.
