Our Computing and Digital Skills courses are designed to help learners keep up with new technology, in the workplace and daily life. In turn helping them to stand out in the competitive job market and feel self-assured within their chosen career. These courses also explore using digital skills as functional skills and aim to develop learners' confidence with daily activities that require technology such as online shopping, online banking, ordering repeat prescriptions and more.

We also offer digital leisure courses to help learners enhance their hobbies and interests such as editing photos, creating music, using social media and more.

Learner Story: Sally - Online Self-employment Boost! 

Sally in Digital Classroom

Sally was a self-employed oboe teacher for 10 years. To keep up with technology and to support her business, she joined our Digital Skills courses.

Sally increased her skills in Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint and Excel and also developed skills in using the internet such as editing videos and embedding YouTube videos into her student’s materials.
