Employment Programme
Our Employment Programme courses are designed for people actively seeking employment or career progression. The suite of short courses aims to develop the essential skills needed for most career paths. Learners are welcome to enrol onto all the courses as part of a complete package, or to enrol onto specific courses for the areas they need support with.
These courses cover: writing impressive CVs, effective online job searching, completing successful job applications and developing confident interview skills.

Sally’s employment situation changed in lockdown. To boost her employability, she enrolled onto some of our Employment Programme courses.

Career Boosters
The Career Booster courses are designed to help learners obtain a job or progress within a current career by upgrading their workplace knowledge and practical skills. By developing the skills that employers are looking for in their employees, these short courses will help learners to stand out in their job applications and perform well once employed. These courses also aim to grow learner’s confidence and self-esteem during recruitment and in employment.
