Life can be stressful at times and it is very important to take care of ourselves and support our physical and mental wellbeing.

Our Wellbeing courses offer purposeful, enriching learning experiences which also allow you to take time out for themselves. Our tutors will encourage you to immerse yourself in the activities, to focus on the process and to build confidence and skills to support wellbeing. Our courses provide an opportunity to socialise within a community of adult learners and to work collaboratively.

Our Wellbeing Programme covers four themes: physical, mental, creative and everyday skill. Each course will challenge and inspire you to identify and meet your personal learning goals.

These run at 10am until 12pm noon at Leicester Adult Education College on Belvoir Street.

* Some of our other Wellbeing courses do have a fee, but this will be reflected on the course page. None of the courses linked above have a fee.
