This short two hour course is aimed at beginners who have no prior knowledge of mindfulness. It will teach you some simple basic techniques to help you be present.

What mindfulness is. How to be mindful and the mental health and wellbeing benefits of existing in the present.

This short two hour course has no exams or qualifications. Tutor lead in a small group at Leicester Adult Education College the session will focus on you learning some basic mindfulness skills and techniques which you can then practice at home.

Beginners.

The course will enhance your sense of wellbeing and improve your mental health. It may lead you to other related courses such as Yoga either here at Leicester Adult Education or else where.
